• "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" --Mary Oliver

  • Your biggest challenge isn't someone else. It's the ache in your lungs and the burning in your legs, and the little voice inside you the yells, "can't!" But you don't listen; you just push harder and then you hear the voice whisper "can" and you realize the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are.

I did a distance program through Syracuse University. It was a Masters in Information Resources Management (perfect for my job in information technology with the Federal Government.) They have a really good distance program, but it's kind of expensive (I was lucky because my employer paid for it.) Not sure if they have an MBA program, but they have several very good schools within the University. I can share some more info on my experiences if you want, just send me a note.

Good luck with the Wine Institute thing today. Sounds like you were able to get things together admirably despite all the recent setbacks! I don't know how you do it -- but I guess most Moms are good for just DOING whenever it has to be done, despite the challenges they're facing.
