• "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" --Mary Oliver

  • Your biggest challenge isn't someone else. It's the ache in your lungs and the burning in your legs, and the little voice inside you the yells, "can't!" But you don't listen; you just push harder and then you hear the voice whisper "can" and you realize the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are.

Hi Amy. It was so good to meet you and have a chance to talk with you (and sit in on the sex session).

I think this quote "Blogher has, so far, been an interesting experience in that I've come to realize what a strange and hierarchical community the blog-O-sphere actually is." really sums it for me as well. It was kind of mind boggling in a way wasn't it? I'm still processing everything that I saw and experienced but I'm glad that I have your url now.

Love and big smacky kisses to you too. It's great that we got to meet face to face and that I could validate just how awesome you really are. Thank you for hanging with me and showing me all of your babies (adult, child, and equine!)

Amy, I loved having the chance to meet you at Blogher. Thanks for the nice comments about my hair-- as for when it comes down, well, I plead the Fifth...

I hope you and Nancy had a great visit today, and maybe got a chance to go riding together. I also hope I'll get to meet you again sometime-- at least here in the Blogosphere, if not in person.

It was so great to meet you. To quote every guy or girl on The Bachelor, "I felt we had a connection."

Yeah, it's 3:40 a.m. and I just walked in about ...25 mins ago. If my brain could function, this would be a way better comment. KNow that.

Kind regards,
Velcro-free since '83

I wish I could have gone to Blogher, but maybe I will go next year. For some reason I thought you had to be invited...Glad you had a good time!

Oh, Jessica! You should have known if I was going that no invitation is required... since technically I'm not supposed to leave the asylum without an armed escort, I never get invited anywhere.

Jen- I can't wait for the rest of our lives together to begin! You know, if the leggin-tunic trend is comin' back around, velco can't be too far behind!

Mmm, we like velcro in the asylum.
